Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, information you submit through contact forms, intake forms, booking requests, or email, and any other information you voluntarily send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed and time spent on the Site, dates and times of visits, and clicks, scrolls, and other usage data.

Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, or similar technologies to remember preferences, understand Site traffic, improve performance, and support analytics or marketing tools.

Respond to inquiries and requests, and communicate with prospective or current clients.

Provide, operate, and improve the Site, and schedule consultations or calls.

Durable AI — website hosting, builder, and analytics. May access IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, cookies, and usage data.

Moxie — scheduling, proposals, contracts, and invoicing. May access name, email, phone, business name, and payment information processed via Stripe.

Stripe — payment processing for invoices and agreements. May access name, email, billing address, and payment card and bank account information (ACH).

Google Workspace / Gmail — email communications. May access name, email address, and message content.

QuickBooks — accounting and invoicing. May access name, email, billing address, and payment information.

Zapier — workflow automation between platforms. May access data submitted through forms or inquiries as it passes between connected tools.

ClickUp — project management and intake forms. May access name, email, phone, and business details if submitted through an embedded form.

If a page includes embedded third-party content (such as a Google Map, scheduling widget, or video), that embed may set its own cookies when loaded. Those cookies are controlled by the respective third party, not by us.

Most browsers let you control cookies through browser settings. You may refuse or delete cookies, but doing so may affect some Site functionality.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link, if one is provided, or by contacting us directly.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service-related or administrative messages.
